A man suspected of selling cocaine in and around Batavia was arrested on 10 counts of drug sales and drug possession, seven of them felonies, according to the Genesee County Sheriff's Office.
Adner P. Davila, 62, of West Main Street Road, Town of Batavia, is being held without bail.
Davila was apprehended on an indictment warrant last Friday, authorities said. Officers said they found him with 18 bags of cocaine and $439. A search of his home reportedly turned up cocaine, morphine, drug paraphernalia and more cash, according to authorities.
The indictment charged Davila with selling cocaine twice to an agent of the drug task force earlier this year, authorities said.
