"We have plenty of covered seating and the field is covered with a special weatherproof plastic tracking system," said festival founder Drew Cerza.

Final day highlights include the Baby Wing Competition at 1 p.m., Bobbing for Wings at 3 p.m. and the United States Wing Eating Championship at 5 p.m. featuring  Joey Chestnut, who is ranked first in the world by Major League Eating and who will be trying to defend his Buffalo title.

The festival opens at noon.
