Unsafe lane change leads to DWI cocktail arrest

A Stockton man was arrested and charged with an unsafe lane change and drunken driving after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed on Route 430 in the Town of Sherman.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the accident Saturday night around 10 p.m. and found Donald R. Ladolce Jr. impaired by drugs and alcohol. The Sherman Fire Department took him to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Ladolce, of Route 380 in Stockton, was later charged with moving from a lane unsafely, DWI from a combination of drugs and alcohol, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
