Three teens under 15 charged in a cell phone store break-in

Three teens are accused of breaking into a Cricket Wireless store at 2483 Bailey Ave., Buffalo police reported.

Police responded to a burglary-in-progress call at 4 a.m. Wednesday and reported finding a damaged door and window.

After reviewing the store's security video and obtaining a description of three suspects, police went to a home on Gerald Avenue where they found seven cell phones, rubber gloves, an Otter Box case, ear buds and head phones.

A 13-year-old and 15-year-old who lived at that address and a 14-year-old teen, who is a resident of Texas Street, were arrested and charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree grand larceny.
