Restaino lines up four party endorsements for Town of Niagara justice

Anthony L. Restaino has been endorsed for Town of Niagara justice by the Niagara County Republican, Democratic, Independence and Conservative parties.

The cross-endorsement, which Restaino called "very gratifying," represents a major step forward in his campaign to succeed retiring Justice John P. Teixeira in this fall's election.

Restaino, 32, is a registered Democrat and the latest member of his family to become involved in politics.

He is the son of county Social Services Commissioner Anthony J. Restaino, the nephew of former Niagara Falls City Judge Robert M. Restaino and the cousin of current Falls City Judge Danielle M. Restaino.

He is an attorney in private practice and a part-time lawyer for the county's child support unit.
