YOUNGSTOWN – A Youngstown woman was more than three times over the legal limit of alcohol recently when she was arrested for drunken driving, town police reported.
Danielle M. Myrtle, 40, was stopped in the 400 block of Second Street the night of June 22 after police received a report of a possible drunken driver in the area. Officers said her car had very darkly tinted windows. Upon being tested, Myrtle reportedly registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.30, nearly four times the legal limit.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI, as well as an excessive window tint violation.
