Dunkirk woman, 35, charged with DWI

A 35-year-old Dunkirk woman was charged Friday evening with aggravated DWI following a stop by Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies in the Village of Silver Creek, according to authorities.

Samantha L. Dloniak, of Dove Street, was trying to leave the parking lot of Valvo's Candies and Gifts at 1277 Routes 5 & 20 when deputies stopped her vehicle shortly after 8 p.m. and determined that she was driving while her ability was impaired by drugs, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.

Two children were in the car with Dloniak, according to authorities.

Dloniak was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated driving while intoxicated, with a child in vehicle, according to the Sheriff's Office.

She will appear in Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
