Randy W. Goble Jr. of the City of Tonawanda was sentenced Monday to five years in state prison for having sexual relationships with two North Tonawanda girls, ages 14 and 16.
Goble, 23, of Morgan Street, had pleaded guilty to a felony in connection with an explicit cellphone video, made Nov. 1, involving the 16-year-old, and to a misdemeanor for sexual abuse of the 14-year-old during a relationship in December 2016 and January of this year.
Niagara County Assistant District Attorney Cheryl L. Grundy said Goble's relationship with the 16-year-old lasted several months.
"She doesn't see that this was wrong. He doesn't see that this was wrong," Grundy said. Goble denied that contention.
County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III added 10 years of post-release supervision onto the prison term and issued a restraining order barring Goble from contacting the girls.
