West Seneca apartment building gets new owner

A West Seneca apartment building has changed hands, after a family living in both Depew and West Seneca purchased the Harlem Road property from its Elma owner.

Vincent Croglio of Depew, through Keenaco Inc., and LNC Properties of West Seneca, registered to the home of Nicholas D. and Laura A. Croglio, paid $1.4 million to buy the complex at 875-899 Harlem from David Morse's Aspenwood Properties LLC.

Built in 1972, the 10,679-square-foot, two-story building sits on 1.52 acres. It last sold in March 2012, for $1.07 million.
