Man charged with breaking into ex's home, attacking her boyfriend

A North Buffalo man was accused of breaking into his ex-wife's home near LaSalle Park and striking her boyfriend in the face, then continuing his rampage outside by damaging the window and mirror of a parked car.

Police said Miguel A. Febles, 33, of Lawn Avenue, broke into his ex-wife's home shortly before 1:30 a.m. Sunday and attacked a man he found there.

Febles then went outside and smashed the driver's side window and broke off the mirror of a parked Kia Sorrento, police said.

Febles was charges with second-degree burglary, a Class C felony; third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony; and second-degree harassment, a violation.
