Three adults arrested on drug, child endangerment charges

Three adults arrested in a traffic stop Friday in the Town of Concord were each charged with drug-related counts and endangering the welfare of a child, officials said.

An Erie County Sheriff's deputy stopped the vehicle about 1:30 a.m. on Genesee Road for vehicle and traffic violations. Three adults and a 5-year-old girl were inside.

Tracy Griffin, 35 ,of Sinclairville and Richard Farnham, 50, of Sherman were charged with a felony count of criminal possession of cocaine and misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and endangering the welfare of a child.

Dana Lichy, 30, of Salamanca was charged with misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and endangering the welfare of a child.

All three were held at the Erie County Holding Center pending their arraignments.
