Taste of Buffalo pre-sale food ticket vouchers are on sale now at participating Tops Markets. The 34th Taste of Buffalo returns to Delaware Avenue and Niagara Square in downtown Buffalo, July 8-9, beginning both days at 11 a.m.
You also can plan ahead and take advantage of the Family Freebie. Through July 9, buy a $50 pre-sale food ticket voucher and get a coupon good for four free nonalcoholic beverages. Pre-sale food ticket vouchers are also sold in $10 certificates.
The annual two-day food festival will feature offerings from 60 restaurants and food trucks, plus local breweries and New York State wineries. Television cooking show host, cookbook author and restaurateur Lidia Bastianich will appear on the Taste of Buffalo Culinary Stage at noon July 8.
To pre-plan your attack, festival guides will be available at all Erie and Niagara county Tops locations starting in July. (They will also be available both days at the Taste ticket tents.) The guide contains a complete listing of restaurants, menu items and sponsors’ activities. Or download at tasteofbuffalo.com.
There is no admission fee for the Taste. Food prices range from $2 to $5. Cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted at any of the ticket tents.
