Senator’s language is an embarrassment
I was born and raised in a home that supported the Democratic Party. I was also raised to never ever use nasty language. In addition to getting spanked if I did, I would have my mouth washed out with soap.
So now here’s Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand all dressed up in a tailored suit, and neatly coiffed hair, using that four-letter word to make her point. Her expletive-laden speech given at the Personal Democracy Forum at New York University embarrasses and offends me and should, as well, all women of substance who aspire to make a difference in the world today.
You can see how angry she was claiming that President Trump has not kept his campaign promises. Of course, that’s because he has been met with so much resistance from the Democrats, which they have proclaimed is their intent.
Would someone please pass the bar of soap?
