A man who was wounded in a shooting Wednesday at Clinton Street and Fillmore Avenue was listed in critical condition, Buffalo Police said Wednesday night.
The 20-year-old victim was transferred to Erie County Medical Center from Mercy Hospital in South Buffalo, according to Buffalo Police.
A second man connected to the shooting, who was described as being in his mid 30s, also showed up at ECMC, but with non-life threatening injuries, according to a spokesman for the Buffalo Police Department, Michael J. DeGeorge.
The shooting occurred at about 5:15 p.m., according to police. The 20-year-old victim was initially transported by a private vehicle to Mercy Hospital after the shooting, DeGeorge said.
