Erendira Wallenda to dangle 300 feet above Horseshoe Falls on Thursday

Erendira Wallenda intends to hang from a helicopter by her teeth next week 300 feet above the Horseshoe Falls – not the American Falls, as previously announced.

Seneca Gaming Corp. on Friday announced the schedule for next week's stunt above Niagara Falls.

The helicopter will take off from the roof of the Seneca Niagara Casino parking garage at 8:30 a.m. Thursday. Once the helicopter reaches the location, the veteran trapeze aerialist will spend seven minutes hanging from a circular trapeze dangling from the helicopter.

The schedule calls for the helicopter to return to the parking garage roof at 8:45.

Erendira Wallenda is the wife of aerialist Nik Wallenda. Next week's date was chosen because it is the fifth anniversary of Nik Wallenda's high-wire walk over Niagara Falls. Nik Wallenda will be on hand for Thursday's stunt by his 36-year-old wife.
