Roma Avenue woman arrested for alleged knife threat

Felicia M. Payne, 47, was arrested at her Roma Avenue apartment by Buffalo Police Saturday afternoon about a half-hour after she allegedly threatened a female neighbor with a large knife during an argument, according to an arrest report.

Officers responding to a 911 call about the alleged knife threat took Payne into custody about 3:10 p.m. She was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and harassment. No one was injured during the incident.

Payne remained in custody at the Erie County Holding Center Sunday.
