A 42-year-old Buffalo man died in a roll-over crash Monday afternoon on Dupont Street and Woodlawn Avenue, Buffalo police said.
Investigators said in a statement Tuesday that a Chrysler Sebring the man was driving "apparently" ran a stop sign at the intersection and was hit by a second vehicle just before 6 p.m. The Sebring flipped over and the driver was ejected, police said. He was declared dead at the scene. The badly damaged vehicle came to rest in a community garden.
The female driver of the other vehicle were taken to Erie County Medical Center where she was treated and released.
