7 arrested in family court warrant sweep

The Erie County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday arrested seven people in a sweep for individuals with active warrants out of Erie County Family Court, the agency said.

The Sheriff's Office's Family Court Warrant and Child Support Enforcement Unit conducted the sweep in Buffalo and across the county, authorities said.

Arrested were:

  • Norma Lattimore, 23; Samuel Pezzino, 25; William Hodge, 27; and Renee Kujawa-Adragna, 40; all of Buffalo, on child support warrants. They were later released from the Erie County Holding Center.
  • Daniel Batherson, 30, of Buffalo, on a child neglect warrant and a Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Transit Police warrant for theft of services. He was being held at the holding center on $1,000 bail.
  • Nathan Schroeder, 41, of Buffalo, on a child support warrant. He was being held at the holding center on $10,000 bail.
  • Darrick Booker, 25, of Buffalo, on a child support warrant and a City of Buffalo warrant for vehicle and traffic charges. He was processed and released.
