Watch: Jack Eichel's one-timer breaks goalie's helmet

Sabres star Jack Eichel remains in action with Team USA at the IIHF World Championships, and his one-timer remains as fierce as ever.

Eichel caught Slovakia's Julius Hudacek in the head with a one-timer from the top of the circle Sunday, and the shot was so hard that it broke Hudacek's helmet and knocked the mask off his head.

Hudacek went down after taking the high shot but was able to finish the game. USA won, 6-1, picking up its fifth win in six games at the tournament. Eichel had one assist and three shots Sunday in 16:47 of ice time.

Team USA closes group play Tuesday against Russia (10 a.m., NBCSN). The winner of that game will win Group A (standings).
