Commercial real estate brokers and agents are invited to tour available vacant commercial properties in the Village of Kenmore at the fifth biannual Brokers Day event on Wednesday, hosted by the Kenmore Village Improvement Society, Plaza Group, Iskalo Development and Hulley Woodworking.
The event is designed to show off what is available in the village. According to KVIS President Melissa Foster, this and other initiatives have significantly reduced vacancies in Kenmore.
In previous events, brokers were shown the hospitality of the community with refreshments and gifts donated by local businesses, as well as a shuttle tour. Also provided is the KVIS Businesses Survey, which shows what kinds of businesses responders want to come to Kenmore.
The goal of the event is to encourage agents and brokers to find prospective tenants and buyers.
