Three Chautauqua County men face drug charges after Jamestown police said they found crystal methamphetamine during a traffic stop Thursday night.
The men were pulled over at Strong and Fulton streets at about 8 p.m. as part of a joint patrol detail by state police and Jamestown police.
Robert W. Wappat, 24, Martin L. Wenzell, 30, and Casey A. Saeger, 28, were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, Jamestown police said.
Wappat and Wenzell, both of Mayville, and Saeger, of Jamestown, were held in the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment. Wappat was also ticketed for vehicle and traffic violations, police said.
