An East Aurora brewery has partnered with a bi-coastal restaurant group to make a signature beer for sale in its New York State restaurants.
42 North Brewing will brew Cayuga Wheat, using New York State wheat malt and the Cayuga grape, which is native to the state.
The beer was first served at Patina 250, the group's restaurant in the Delaware North building at Delaware Avenue and Chippewa Street. With the expanded distribution, it is now available on tap in Patina restaurants at Rockefeller Center and the Empire State Building. It's also available at Patina 250 and 42 North's taproom in East Aurora.
Delaware North Cos. holds a majority interest in Patina Restaurant Group.
