Record rainfall in April and May. That's what greeted baseball fans as the Buffalo Bisons opened their 30th season at Coca-Cola Field. Rain delays, postponed games and doubleheaders were the name of the game during the Herd's last homestand.
But the organization is buoyed by recent sunshine and announced a "No Rain Guarantee" for their next homestand from May 15-21.
If there is any measurable rain at the ballpark during one of those seven games between the scheduled first pitch and the final out, fans can exchange their tickets for two additional tickets for any game during May. This is for any rainfall during the game, even if the game is not delayed or interrupted by the weather.
The homestand will include several bonus promotions including a sunscreen giveaway to the first 1,000 fans at each game and 20 percent off all Bisons caps. Food and drink specials for all seven games will include $1 Freezie pops, $1 soft drinks, $1 popcorn and $5 Labatt Blue/Blue Lights.
The Bully Hill Party deck will host Stolichnaya Vodka tastings on May 17 and 19th and a Great Lakes Tap Takeover with $5 craft beer specials on May 18.
Canadian cash "at par" has been expanded through May 19, allowing fans to use Canadian cash at par for the purchase of single-game tickets and concessions.

Additionally, the Bisons will a two-for-one exchange for any unused tickets from April 6 through May 7.
