Police: Driver threatened motorcyclist with baseball bat in road rage incident

LOCKPORT – State police on Monday accused a Medina man of using a baseball bat to confront a motorcyclist about his driving.

Wayne V. Parlier Jr., 46, faces menacing, weapons possession and harassment charges after the incident that happened in the Walmart parking lot on South Transit Road, police said.

Both motorists were driving on South Transit Road before they pulled into the parking lot and the confrontation took place, according to police.

Parlier was taken to the state police barracks in Lockport where he was released with appearance tickets for Lockport Town Court.
