DUNKIRK -- Five people were arrested on various drug charges Friday following a police raid on an East 2nd Street residence, according to authorities.
The Southern Tier Regional Task Force and Dunkirk police were issued a warrant to search 51 E. 2nd St., as well as several arrest warrants for individuals who were suspected of using the residence to sell crack cocaine, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.
The search and arrest warrants were based on a seven-month investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Task Force, which Friday seized 118.5 grams of crack cocaine and $171,297 cash in the raid, according to authorities.
Arrested in the 9:45 a.m. raid were Dunkirk residents Minerva Maestre, 47; Hector A. Mercado Torres, 23; Eriberto Corraliza, 17 and Pedro A. Corraliza Jr., along with Angelica Cullinan, 18, of Angola, according to authorities.
Each was charged with one to three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, authorities said.
