Buffalo woman charged with aggravated DWI after close call in Byron

BYRON – A Buffalo motorist pulled over for speeding about 11:52 p.m. Friday by Genesee County Sheriff's deputies also is accused of drunken and reckless driving.

Kayla Simone Foster, 27, was stopped on Route 33 after nearly hitting a Sheriff's patrol vehicle and two other vehicles after speeding on Clinton Street, deputies said.

The suspect was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after posting a blood-alcohol level of 0.18 percent or more, reckless driving, speeding and failing to keep right. She faces a Byron Town Court hearing on May 15.
