Lockport woman admits stealing $8,000 from mom

LOCKPORT – Tammy J. Donelson of the Town of Lockport pleaded guilty Monday to stealing $8,000 from her mother.

Niagara County Assistant District Attorney John N. Philipps Jr. said the money was stolen through unauthorized withdrawals from the mother's bank account during the first half of 2015.

Donelson, 40, of Dysinger Road, admitted to fourth-degree grand larceny and was scheduled for sentencing June 5 by State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. The maximum penalty is four years in state prison.
