Astronics Corp. has acquired Custom Control Concepts, based in Kent., Wash.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Custom Control Concepts provides cabin management and in-flight entertainment systems for aircraft. The company was founded in 1998 and has completed more than 165 technology installations.
East Aurora-based Astronics makes aircraft electronics and lighting systems.
Peter J. Gundermann, Astronics' president and CEO, said Astronics is already familiar with the market of high-end products for private jets through its PGA Avionics subsidiary.
"The addition of (Custom Control Concepts) furthers Astronics’ commitment to be the global leader in this market as it recovers in the coming years," he said in a statement.
