Sentences imposed on four in Cattaraugus County drug cases

LITTLE VALLEY - Judge Ronald D. Ploetz imposed sentences on four people last week in Cattaraugus County Court.

  • Curtis A. Ford, 26, of Allegany, was sentenced to two years in state prison and two years of post-prison supervision on his conviction to fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance in a City of Olean drug deal on May 31.
  •  Danee Ellis, 24, of Olean, was ordered to serve  one year in the county jail after being convicted of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for an Olean drug deal on June 7 and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for her arrest in Olean on April 28.
  • Keith Funderburk, 28, of Olean, was sentenced to a year jail here after being convicted of felony  third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was arrested in the street sale of drugs in Olean on Jan. 6, 2016.
  • Leah Thomas, 31, of Great Valley, was placed on probation for five years. She was convicted of felony  fourth-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the attempt to sell drugs in Great Valley on Jan. 15, 2015.
