HARTLAND - A man was in critical condition early Thursday after the ATV he was operating struck a parked trailer on Rose Road.

The man, identified as Douglas R. Baldwin, 69, was flown by Mercy Flight to Erie County Medical Center after his ATV rolled over several times and he was ejected following the collision, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office said.
