Women with who have children on the autism spectrum who could use a break from their surroundings for a weekend can consider the Stella Niagara Center for Renewal next month.

The center in Lewiston will host a weekend respite for those moms April 7 to 9.

The program provides a modest private room, all meals and optional activities that include massage therapy, arts and crafts, use of an indoor pool, discussion groups, meditation and yoga.

A $15 donation is requested from those who attend.

An application also must be filled out and returned by Thursday. For information or the application, call 893-0931.
