Former Buffalo Bills receiver Donald Jones will discuss his personal challenges with kidney disease on the Millennium Health Matters radio show at 1:30 p.m. Monday on WUFO-FM, Mix 1080.

Jones, who returned to Buffalo in August as co-host of “The John Murphy Show” on WGR-AM 550, played three seasons for the Bills. He has battled kidney health problems his entire life, and will talk about what ultimately led to his retirement from football, as well as a subsequent kidney transplant and his current efforts to serve as a kidney health advocate.

He also will talk about his book, “The Next Quarter: Scoring Against Kidney Disease,” available on Amazon.com. Rita Hubbard-Robinson is the show’s host.
