Niagara Falls man charged in convenience store burglary

PAVILION - A Niagara Falls man has been charged in connection with a burglary of a convenience store in February, the Genesee County Sheriff's Office said.

David L. Handley Jr., 54, of Ontario Avenue, was charged with breaking into the Yellow Goose on Telephone Road at 2 a.m. on Feb. 12, according to authorities.

Handley was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, authorities said.

Handley, who was arraigned Thursday, was remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
