Traffic stop leads to DWI arrest for Hamburg man

David G. Setter, 62, of the Village of Hamburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday night after being pulled over on Clark Street because his vehicle's headlines were not on, State Police said.

Setter had a blood-alcohol reading of 0.13 percent, nearly twice the state's legal limit, police said. He was issued a ticket requiring he appear at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in Hamburg Village Court.
