Mason Miller captured the 50-yard freestyle crown for the second year in a row at the Mid-American Conference men's swimming and diving championships in Carbondale, Illinois.
The University at Buffalo swimmer triumphed in 19.91 seconds. He along with Eric Jensen, Itai De La Vega and Hudson Carroll teamed up for a second-place showing in the 200 free relay by four-tenths of a second to Miami (Ohio).
UB's Nick Rodriguez took second in 1-meter diving with a score of 344.40.
The Bulls stand in second place through two days of the meet with 237.5 points – roughly 10 points behind Missouri State.
