Damage placed at more than $10,000 in ransacking of Niagara Falls business

NIAGARA FALLS – Niagara Falls Police investigated two burglaries that occurred Saturday, including the ransacking of a Pine Avenue business.

Investigators said that a glass door was smashed shortly after 10 p.m. at Little Temptations, which was ransacked, with damage estimated at more than $10,000. An inventory also is being conducted.

In the other break-in, police said, a Niagara Avenue man returned home about 6 p.m. and discovered a flat-screen television, loose change and four cartons of cigarettes missing. The loss was placed at $610.
