A City of Tonawanda man is back in custody just weeks after being paroled from state prison for a 2010 burglary.
Harry A. Munoz, 43, of Simson Street, was arrested about 2 p.m. Friday after he tried to stab his bother in a family dispute, according to City of Tonawanda Police Capt. Fredric Foels. Munoz was tackled from behind while chasing his brother, police said.
He is charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use it.
According to state prison records, Munoz was paroled Feb. 2 on his 2013 conviction. He faces City Court proceedings Monday.
