Former Buffalo man sentenced to prison on drug, rape counts

LITTLE VALLEY – Brandon Warmley, 35, formerly of Buffalo, was sentenced Tuesday to a total of nine years in prison for possessing drugs and raping a teenaged Olean girl three years ago.

A jury found Warmley guilty Dec. 15 of third-degree criminal possession and criminal sale of controlled substances. District Attorney Lori Pettit Rieman said Warmley was dealing cocaine in the City of Olean on Sept. 11, 2015.

Warmley's guilty plea to rape in the June 2014 sex crime makes Warmley a registered sex offender who faces 10 years of post-release supervision, the district attorney said.
