Two Buffalo men have been arraigned in connection with the fatal shooting last spring of an Anchor Bar employee, the Erie County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday.
Jorge Suarez and Gregory Ramos, both 26, were each arraigned on charges of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree in connection with the May shooting at the Anchor Bar, according to the office of District Attorney John J. Flynn.
Freddie Dizon, 32, of Buffalo, was shot inside the Main Street restaurant where Dizon worked, the district attorney's office said.
Suarez and Ramos each pleaded not guilty to the alleged charges, according to the district attorney's office. They were remanded to jail without bail, the office said.
