M&T Bank on Monday opened its relocated branch in the Village of Ellicottville, at 47 Washington St.
M&T on Friday afternoon closed its previous location in the village, which was about two blocks away. The new branch has upgraded technology, a drive-up ATM and has more parking spaces. The bank is leasing its new location, which was formerly home to a Kwik-Fill store.
M&T has owned the property where its branch used to operate, at 3 Washington St., since 1959 and is fielding offers from individuals and businesses interested in buying it, the bank said.
