Four weeks to go: Who's coming to Buffalo for NCAAs?

Buffalo’s KeyBank Center will be one of the eight first- and second-round sites for the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament March 16 and 18.

Here’s the latest rundown on what the “bracket experts” are saying about who’s coming to Buffalo.

We'll find out for sure on Selection Sunday (March 12).

No. 1 Villanova vs. No. 16 (Mount St. Mary’s or New Orleans)

No. 8 Oklahoma State vs. No. 9 Virginia Commonwealth

No. 5 Cincinnati vs. No. 12 UNC Wilmington

No. 4 Virginia vs. No. 13 Akron

Lunardi has Kansas, Baylor and Gonzaga as the other No. 1 seeds.

What about Syracuse?

Both ESPN and CBS have Syracuse as an 11 seed.

As of Monday, there still were about 1,800 tickets left, all in the upper deck, at $228 for all sessions.

SECONDARY MARKET

According to ticket sales from secondary ticket marketplace Vivid Seats, Buffalo is the second most popular first & second round site for the NCAA tournament and overall, coming in right behind Salt Lake City. On average, consumers are paying $271 for tickets per session.
