Learn the facts on foxes Feb. 21 in Amherst

Spotted a fox in your neighborhood recently?

Learn about suburban fox ecology, fox families and why the animals are in your neighborhood during a presentation Feb. 21 in Amherst.

The free program will be led by Elise Able, a longtime New York State wildlife rehabilitator and state-licensed nuisance control operator.

The presentation begins at 7 p.m. in Harlem Road Community Center, 4255 Harlem Road, and will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

Seating is limited and reservations are recommended by sending a private message to Fox Wood Wildlife Rescue, Inc. on Facebook or by e-mailing foxladye@yahoo.com.

The program is presented by Citizen Coalition for Wildlife and Environment, Animal Advocates of WNY and the Town of Amherst Youth and Recreation Department.
