Deputies accuse Pembroke man of road rage after arrest in Batavia

BATAVIA – Genesee County sheriff's deputies arrested a Pembroke man Friday night after they said he struck another driver and cut him off on Pearl Street in Batavia.

Deputies charged Daniel J. Kearney, 57, of Genesee Street with reckless driving and second-degree harassment in what they described as a road rage incident.

Kearney allegedly struck another driver in the face and cut him off.

Kearney was released on his own recognizance after he was arraigned in Batavia Town Court early Saturday.
