Man, 31, charged with felony DWI, aggravated DWI

CARROLL - A Frewsburg man with a prior drunken driving conviction was charged Thursday morning with aggravated driving while intoxicated by Chautauqua County sheriff's deputies.

The sheriff's office responded to help Jamestown police, who said a vehicle struck a parked car and fled the scene.

Deputies found Christopher A. Marker, 31, driving on Frew Run Street in the Town of Carroll at about 12:47 a.m. Marker had a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years.

Authorities charged him with felony DWI and aggravated DWI, a charge lodged when a person's blood-alcohol content is 0.18 percent or greater.
