Friday, 7 p.m.: International Day of Poetry Benefit Reading sponsored by the Buffalo-based online literary magazine Peach Mag. All proceeds will go directly to Journey’s End, a homegrown organization with the mission of welcoming refugees to Western New York and assisting them in becoming healthy, independent and contributing members of our community. Featured readers include Eve Williams Wilson, Marina Blitshteyn and Alana Kelley, with other poets to be added to the program as the week proceeds.
