Buffalo Christmas Wishes continues to collect gifts for students at Enterprise Charter School and Our Lady of Hope Home School at St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy.
The Little Match Girl Foundation has been joined in the effort by law firm Goldberg Segalla, Key Resource Group, Chakra Communications, Eaton Office Supply, Counsel Pres, AdPro, Avalon, and Drive Against Diabetes Inc.
Wish lists from students can be found at littlematchgirl.org and donations will be accepted at the law office, 665 Main St., until Monday.
Buffalo Christmas Wishes helps provide gifts to children and families in need in the Buffalo community by collecting, wrapping and delivering donated items that match students’ personal wish lists. Students in pre-K through eighth grade at St. Luke’s, and in pre-K through fifth grade at Enterprise, will participate in this year’s program.
“We’re so grateful for the support and generosity of our sponsors and the Buffalo community,” said Brian R. Biggie, founder and president of Little Match Girl Foundation.“It’s been a challenging year for many people and we need just a bit more help to make it a great Christmas for these children. In many cases, the gift a child receives through our program will be the only gifts they receive at Christmas.”
