KENNEDY – A North Tonawanda woman was charged Sunday with aggravated driving while intoxicated after a one-vehicle crash in Chautauqua County.

State police said Montana Allison, 27, drove off the road on Route 394, went into a ditch, hit a mailbox and jumped a driveway before coming to rest back in the ditch.

Allison, who was not injured in the crash, registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.19 percent, more than double the legal limit of 0.08 percent, State police said. She was arraigned in Poland Town Court and released on bail.

Allison is due back in court next month.
