Thumb injury knocks LeSean McCoy out for the game

CINCINNATI -- The Buffalo Bills are now down their top two offensive options.

Running back LeSean McCoy has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium because of a thumb injury. McCoy was hurt near the end of the first half when he was tackled by Bengals safety Shawn Williams after an 8-yard gain.

He ran straight to the locker room after the play before being officially ruled out during the third quarter. The Bills had previously lost wide receiver Robert Woods for the rest of the game because of a knee injury.

McCoy finishes his afternoon with 33 yards on five carries and one touchdown, as well as 12 yards on two catches.
