A 23-year-old Buffalo man was arrested by Buffalo Police narcotics detectives during a raid on his house in the second block of Breckenridge Street at about 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, according to Buffalo police.
Nemencio A. Rosario was charged with fourth and seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substances, third and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to police.
Under a search warrant issued by Buffalo City Court Judge James A.W. McLeod, detectives reported seizing three bags of crack cocaine, two squares of hallucinogenic acid, four burning marijuana blunts, an electronic grinder with marijuana and a drug scale with residue, according to police.
According to an arrest report, detectives also seized a 22-caliber rifle, a high capacity magazine with 29 rounds, 223 rifle rounds, a box of shotgun rounds and an ammo belt filled with multiple high-powered rifle rounds.
Rosario remained in custody at the Erie County Holding Center Friday.
