Saddle Creek all-stars the Good Life are set to perform at 8 p.m. Nov. 14 in Mohawk Place (47 E. Mohawk St.)
Led by reinvigorated songwriter Tim Kasher, the long-dormant group returned last year with its engaging and angst ridden fifth studio album "Everybody's Coming Down." The record was a welcome return from the musician, who rose to popularity fronting one of the influential Omaha label's most beloved acts in Cursive during the early 2000's.
Back in 2004, Kasher and crew released the introspective group's finest album, the aptly titled "Album of the Year." The concept record, which tracked a single month of love found and lost, would go to to top countless year end lists and become known as one of the label's best releases to date.
